Low Calorie Mushroom Dish

Juicy crispy low calorie mushroom dish and very easy to prepare. Perfectly combine mushrooms with potatoes, various kinds of cereals and flour products. They give the dish a unique taste and an excellent flavor.


● Champignons — 800 grams,
● Garlic — 3 cloves,
● Mixture of Provencal herbs — 1 tsp.,
● Salt, pepper to taste,
● Balsamic vinegar — 40 ml.
● Olive oil.


1. Mushrooms cut into 2-4 parts, depending on the size. Smalls can be left intact.
2. In a small amount of olive oil add grated garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper and vinegar.
3. Pour the mixture into a bowl with champignons and mix.
4. Let the mushrooms marinate for 15-20 minutes, then put into a fireproof dish and send it to a preheated oven to 200 degrees.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, in the process a couple of times mix.
