Low-calorie dessert of fermented baked milk.


This dessert contains a minimum of calories and is suitable for dietary nutrition. It can be supplement fruits, berries or nuts.


● Sour milk 2.5% — 250g.,
● Gelatin — 10g.,
● Sugar or sweetener to taste,
● Nuts, fruits or berries for filing.


1. Soak gelatin in a little water, heat, without boiling, and pour into a fermented baked milk, add sugar substitute

2. Stir and remove for 10-15 minutes in the refrigerator to mass slightly gripped.

3. Then whip mixer to increase in volume by four times.

4. Arrange the dessert by the glass, sprinkle with fruit or nuts stab. Hide in the fridge for 1 hour.
