Liver cake with eggs and carrots.


If you love chicken livers, cook out of it, this delicious snack cake.


● Chicken liver 600g.,
● Raw eggs 3 pcs.,
● Boiled eggs 3 pcs.,
● Onions 2 pcs.,
● Carrot 2-3 pieces,
● 300g of mayonnaise,
● Salt and pepper to taste,
● Vegetable oil for frying,
● 3 tablespoons flour,
● Garlic cloves 2-3,
● Parsley for decoration,
● 3 tablespoons sour cream.


1. Chicken livers wash and clean from the films. Fold in the bowl of a blender with the salt, flour, eggs and sour cream. Beat until smooth.

2. Preheat a frying pan with a diameter of 20 cm, greased. Fry thin pancakes liver.

3. Onions chop, grate the carrots. Fry in vegetable oil until tender. Season with salt and pepper and let cool.

4. Garlic peel and squeeze mayonnaise. Boiled eggs to cut on the whites and yolks, grate.

5. Grease a cake with mayonnaise, top to distribute the little carrots and proteins. Repeat layers, assemble the cake.

6. Top liver cake spread with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated egg yolks. If desired garnish with greens.
