Limoncello Liqueur

Fragrant lemon liqueur own production.


● Lemon — 6 pcs.
● Water — 150 mL.
● Sugar — 200 g.
● Vodka — 700 ml.


1. Sugar dissolved in water, put on fire, bring to a boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes a thick syrup. While the syrup is cooked and cools, prepare the lemons. Lemons for this liquor need to thin skin, fresh and fragrant. Choose them carefully.

2. Wash the lemons, mince together with the zest and still warm syrup, stir the slurry. Add 700 ml of vodka. Sterilize jars or bottles, to pour liquor with lemon content. And let it brew for a month in a dark cool place.

3. The first week you need every day to shake the bottle. A month later, you will get amazing flavored liqueur. Do not forget when applying freeze liqueur glasses.
