Lilies of the valley salad with ham and prunes

This beautiful festive salad can be made from any ingredients to your taste and decorated in the form of lilies of the valley.


For salad:

● Ham 200g.,
● Cucumber 2-3 pieces.,
● Potatoes 2 pcs.,
● Eggs 4 pcs.,
● Prunes without seeds 50g.,
● Walnuts 25g.,
● Mayonnaise 200 ml.,
● Salt to taste.

For decoration:

● Leek leaves,
● Dill stalks.


1. Cut half the cucumber into very thin slices and set aside for decoration.

2. The remaining cucumbers and ham cut into strips.

3. Pre-cooked potatoes and clean and grate on a large grater.

4. Prune the pour with boiling water, rinse and finely chop. Walnuts chop finely.

5. Divide the boiled eggs into squirrels and yolks. Make the lily of the valley flowers: first cut the circles, and then make the denticles with the help of a figured knife-roller. The remaining proteins should be rubbed on a large grater, and the yolks separately on a fine grater.

6. Lay the salad on a plate with layers: ham, mayonnaise, cucumber, mayonnaise, grated potatoes, mayonnaise, prunes, walnuts, mayonnaise and egg white.

7. Lubricate the top and sides of the salad with mayonnaise. Sprinkle the salad with grated yolk and lay on the sides of the cucumber circles overlap.

8. From leeks cut with a sharp knife or culinary scissors leaves for lilies of the valley. Decorate with dill stems without leaves. Lay flowers cooked from squirrel along the stems.
