Light and Tender Curd Marshmallows

The most tender curd marshmallows, which is easy to cook at home. It can be given even to small children who do not like healthy cottage cheese.

● Cottage cheese — 400 grams or 0,88 pounds,
● Gelatin powder- 15 grams or 0,03 pounds,
● Milk — 120 ml or 1/2 cup,
● Powdered Sugar — 50 grams or 0,11 pounds.


1. Pour gelatin with warm milk and leave for 10-15 minutes.
2. Beat cottage cheese and powdered sugar in a blender.
3. Add the swollen gelatin to the cottage cheese and whisk again.
4. Pour the mixture into a mold and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
