Cheesecake — a famous American dessert, which is made from biscuits and cream cheese with different additives. Today we will prepare it with honey and lemon.


● Cookies — 200g.,
● Butter — 60g.,
● Cream cheese or cottage cheese — 500g.,
● Thick cream — 250g.,
● Eggs — 5 pcs.,
● Juice and zest of one lemon,
● Sugar — 100g.,
● Liquid honey — 100g.


1. Biscuits grind into crumbs, melt the butter and mix with cookies. The resulting mass is poured into a split mold with a diameter of 22 cm and tightly compacted.

2. Bake the base for 10 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.

3. Cream cheese mixed with honey, sugar, sour cream, lemon juice and zest. In one add eggs, each time with stirring until uniform. Pour the mixture on the cake.

4. Fill the pan with hot water, if you will bake the cheesecake in a water bath. The form you need to wrap foil, not to get water in the cheesecake. Put the form on a baking sheet and send in the oven for about an hour at a temperature of 160-165 degrees. An hour later, the cheesecake will acquire its shape. Allow to cool, hold a knife around the edges of the form and place in the refrigerator overnight. Cut the warm knife.
