Layer Cake with cottage cheese and raisins



● Flaky dough without yeast 400g.,
● Cottage cheese 400g.,
● Sugar 3-4 tbsp.,
● 1/3 tsp vanilla,
● Egg raw 1 piece,
● Sour cream 1-2 tbsp.,
● Seedless raisins to taste,
● Egg for greasing,
● Powdered sugar and sesame for sprinkling.


Mix cottage cheese, 1 egg, sour cream, vanilla and steamed the dried raisins.

The dough defrost, cut into 2 parts.

Roll out into a rectangle 15 by 35 cm. Grease filling half the norm, not reaching the edges a bit.

Close roll, flatten the edge, turn down the seam. Cut into pieces 3-4 cm in width.

Same done with the second part of the test. Share on parchment, brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds (or poppy seeds, cinnamon, sugar …). * Oven at 200 until golden brown. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
