Cooking Laghman may seem tricky at first glance, a very simple (to primitives) in cooking. Especially if you do not cook homemade noodles. Look, find a good sale in the noodles, which is now in the shops just do not have.
As always, first we need hot water.
Cut the meat into small pieces.
Onions chop.
Carrots and potatoes cut into cubes.
Finely chop the garlic.
Sweet pepper can be cut directly from seed.
In a saucepan or kettle pour oil, fry until cooked meat.
To add the onions roasted meat, stir and fry lightly.
Put in a pan potatoes, carrots, peppers, garlic, and fry everything, stirring constantly.
Then fill it with boiling water so that water covered the vegetables.
Salt, pepper and cook over low heat until cooked.
Boil the noodles in a large amount of salted water (of course, just take boiling water), and throws in a colander.
By the way, do not break the noodles and cook whole.
The deep-dish impose portion of noodles and pour the sauce, topped up at the request of the broth.
Sprinkle with finely chopped greens.
Who has tried knows that Lagman — it is very tasty!
Bon Appetit!
