Kebab: Recipe.


Kebab at home is quite simple to prepare. It is a good alternative to the usual shish kebab.


● Mince from mutton — 500g.,
● Finely chopped onion — 1 piece.
● Finely chopped chili pepper without seeds — 1 pc.,
● Chafed with salt, garlic — 2 cloves,
● Chopped Parsley — 1 tbsp.,
● Spicy ground paprika — 1 tsp.,
● Sweet powder sumac — 1 tsp.,
● Salt and ground black pepper to taste,
● Lemon juice — 1 tsp.


1. Combine all products for the kebab in a bowl. Mix with your hands until the ingredients are uniformly mixed.

2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and roll into balls. Take a metal skewer and insert it into the middle of the meat ball. Holding a skewer with one hand to distribute the meat in the form of an elongated sausage. Repeat with remaining meat.

3. Place the skewers on the grill hot grill and cook until kebab well browned.
