Italian tomato soup with sausages



● Broth 2 chicken legs (1-1.5 L),
● Sausages 5-7 units,
● A pair of small onion and a couple cloves of garlic,
● Tomatoes in own juice,
● Bank of beans — white or red (white is better — it is softer and more neutral),
● Basil,
● Parmesan,
● Pasta (any, but I’m beautiful «stars»),
● Olive oil.


Fry in a pan sausage and onion until transparent. Sausage saute until translucent is not necessary.
Then add the chopped garlic.
Just throw out the contents of the jars with tomatoes.
Mix and possibly remove the skins.
Then fill all prepared chicken broth (about 1-1.5 liters)
Reduce the flint and cook for 25-30 minutes under the lid. Then add to the soup all that we have left: beans, chicken feet, basil, a handful «of stars.» Season with salt / pepper (hot dogs and soup may already be quite salty). «Sprockets» cooked very quickly and become real stars! Therefore, do not overdo it and do not rush. Pour into a beautiful bowl, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and parsley. The taste is bright, tomato, very fresh, but at the same time rich and warming.
