Italian rustic pie

A very simple and quick Italian recipe for a rustic pie with apples. Its preparation does not take much time and does not require effort.


● 180g. — wheat flour,
● 4 — apples,
● 2 — yolks,
● 140g. — sugar,
● 50 g. — butter,
● 125 ml. — milk,
● 4 g. — baking powder,
● 2 g. — salt.


1. Whisk the yolks with sugar (3 tablespoons laid aside), until the sugar dissolves and the mass brightens.

2. Melt the butter in a microwave and add half of the egg mass, add the milk and stir.

3. Add a pinch of salt, sifted flour and baking powder. Mix everything until smooth.

4. Shape the form with baking paper and pour the dough.

5. Apples without peel, cut into slices.

6. Slices of apples in a dough, in random order.

7. On top, pour the cake with the remaining oil (25 grams) and sprinkle with previously deposited sugar.

8. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 ° C for about 30-35 minutes.
