Italian chowder



● Chicken fillet (turkey or beef meat) — 150g
● Rice — 1/2 glass
● Carrots — 1 pcs.
● Onion — 1 pcs.
● Tomato — 2 pcs.
● Chili pepper — 1 pc.
● Cashews — 2 tbsp.
● Salt and ground black pepper to taste
● Olive oil


1. Chicken (in my version I took beef) to boil, remove from the pan. Broth.
2. Boil the rice separately until tender.
3. Onion, carrots, chili peppers and tomatoes cut into cubes and simmer for 5-7
minutes in olive oil.
4. In the finished soup add the boiled rice, steamed vegetables, chicken and
crushed cashews. Season with salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
Boil for about 5 minutes.
