Ice cream with cranberry syrup.


Most winter version dessert: vanilla ice cream with homemade cranberry sauce.


● Sugar — 250g.,
● Water — 250g.,
● Cranberry — 175g.,
● Ice cream — 1 pail.


1. Prepare the syrup. Send sugar and water in a saucepan. Put the pan on the stove and give the sugar dissolve over low heat.

2. Put the washed berries and bring to a boil. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Cooking time depends on how cranberries is used: fresh or frozen.

3. Ready syrup to cool and serve with vanilla ice cream.
