Ice cream on a stick from persimmons.


Prepare fruit ice on a stick of persimmon, apple, lemon and honey. For the preparation of this dessert you’ll need special molds.


● Ripe persimmon — 8 pcs.,
● Apples — 2 pcs.,
● Juice of one lemon,
● Liquid honey or agave nectar.


1. Apples and persimmon wash. Squeeze the juice from them with the help of juicers.

2. Add lemon juice and honey, mix well.

3. Pour into molds for ice and put in freezer to harden.

4. Before removing the ice cream, you need to get pre-molds from the refrigerator to give the fruit a little ice to thaw.
