How to make Japanese omelet with vegetables.


Step by step recipe Japanese Stuffed Omelette Roll with vegetables. This is a simple, quick and delicious breakfast.


● 3 eggs,
● 1 tablespoon milk,
● 1 tablespoon carrots, finely chopped,
● 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped,
● 1 tablespoon green part of green onions, finely chopped,
● Salt and freshly ground pepper.


1. Whisk to mix eggs, milk and salt. Wipe the mixture through a fine sieve. Liquid without lumps easily helps to roll the omelet in the roll. Add carrots, onions, green onions and peppers.

2. Lightly grease a small pancake pan with vegetable oil. Heat and pour half of the egg mixture. Fry over low heat until half cooked. Fold the omelet in the roll, as shown in the video. Repeat with the remaining egg mass.

3. Put the omelet on a cutting board. When the roll filled is hot, it breaks easily, so you need to let it cool before cutting.
