How to make chocolate truffles for Valentine’s Day.


The original and delicious dessert for Valentine’s Day — chocolate and strawberry truffles.


● 180g. of white chocolate, chopped,
● 1/4 cup heavy cream,
● 1/2 tsp. strawberry essence,
● Pink food coloring,
● 180g. of milk chocolate, chopped,
● Pink pastry sprinkling in the form of hearts.


1. White chocolate broken into pieces. Send together with the cream in a bowl suitable for the microwave.

2. Heat, stirring occasionally to melt the chocolate. It takes 1-2 minutes. Add strawberry essence and the right amount of food coloring and stir. Cover and place in refrigerator for 3-4 hours.


3. Cover the baking tray with paper. Gaining 1 tsp mixture to form pellets. Put them on a tray and let congeal in the refrigerator.

4. Melt broken down into pieces of milk chocolate and stir to obtain a smooth shiny mass. Using a fork, dip truffles in turn in melted chocolate, shake off the excess. Return the truffles on a tray. Decorate with sprinkles in the form of hearts.

5. Put in the fridge to harden.
