How to Make Blueberry Mousse

Dessert from whipped cream, blueberries and two kinds of chocolate.

● ¾ cup chopped dark chocolate,
● 1 cup whipped cream,
● Fresh sprigs of mint for decoration.

Blueberry Sauce:

● 1 cup fresh blueberry,
● ¼ cup of sugar,
● 1 tbsp. water.

White chocolate ganache:

● ¾ cup chopped white chocolate,
● ¾ cup fresh cream.

1. Mix blueberries, sugar and water in a saucepan. Boil until thick.

2. Prepare white chocolate ganache: bring the cream to a boil. Turn off the heat, add white chocolate and mix. Cool down.

3. Send pieces of dark chocolate to the microwave for 30-40 seconds to melt. Stir and bring to room temperature.

4. Make a small incision on small plastic cups. Pour a little melted dark chocolate into each container. Turn in hand so that the walls are covered with chocolate. Pour excess into a bowl. Put in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

5. Stir the white chocolate ganache, whipped cream and blueberry sauce.

6. Take the chocolate cups out of plastic. Fill the blueberry mousse from the confectionery bag. Immediately serve, decorating with mint sprigs.

Bon Appetit!!!
