How To Make Awesome Pizza at Home

This recipe for a pizza dough finally calmed my taste. For a very long time I looked for it and now, gastronomic happiness has come. I bake them immediately for 2-3 pieces.

For those who like light pizzas on a thin dough, is dedicated. In general, here it is, the ideal of pizza.


For the dough:

● 0.25 cups of milk (can be cold),
● 0.3 cups of boiling water,
● 1 tsp. Dry yeast,
● 1/2 tsp Salt,
● 1 tbsp. olive oil,
● 1,5 — 2 cups of flour (according to the recipe 1 glass left, but the dough turns out to be completely liquid, so I first put 1 glass, and then add as necessary).

For the sauce:

● 3-4 tablespoons Tomato puree,
● 2-3 tablespoons olive oil,
● 1 tsp. Dry oregano.

For filling:

● 3 strips of bacon (finely chopped),
● 1/2 tomato (thin rings if optional),
● 200 gr mozzarella for baking (grate),
● Bell pepper and olives — optional.


1. Milk is mixed with hot water. In a deep bowl, sift flour (1 glass), add salt and yeast, mix. We add milk with water and butter. Knead the dough. Gradually add the flour and prodozhdeyem knead. The dough should turn out to be gentle, but not spread. We knead until elasticity appears. Cover with a clean towel and let it stand for 40-60 minutes.

2. For sauce: mix all the ingredients.

3. Roll the dough immediately on that surface (oiled), where we will bake. Top with sauce, spread bacon and tomatoes. We put in the oven preheated to 175С for 15 minutes, then sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 10 minutes or until such a golden color appears. You can serve both for lunch and dinner.
