● 1 kg. of large shrimp,

● 1 tsp. Baking powder,
● 3 cloves of garlic.


1. First we squeeze garlic into a cup. We drive 1 egg. Pour in ice water, a few drops of soy sauce. Add the flour and baking powder, stir.

2. Clean the shrimp. We remove the head, the shell, leave the tail and a little shell on the tip of the tail. Now it is necessary to remove the intestinal vein. We cut along the back and take it out.

3. Dip the shrimp, holding the tail, in flour, the excess flour shake. Then we lower it to the batter.

4. Fry in a well-heated oil. Fry until golden crust on both sides. We put it on a paper towel and serve it.
