Hot chocolate with chili pepper and cinnamon.


Choose for this winter recipe, dark chocolate with the maximum cocoa powder.


● Dark chocolate — 45g.,
● Milk — 250ml,
● Cinnamon stick — 2.5cm.,
● Sugar — 4 tsp. or to taste,
● Chili pepper flakes — 0.5 tsp.


1. Heat the milk with the cinnamon stick, and broke in pieces the chocolate, stirring with a whisk to dissolve the chocolate.

2. Add the sugar and mix well.

3. Bring the milk to a boil, reduce heat to low and cook for 1-2 minutes.

4. Remove the cinnamon and add the flakes of chili. Stir, pour into cups and serve.
