Homemade turkey sausages.


Sausages homemade in taste different from the store, but they are much more useful, as are prepared exclusively from natural ingredients.


● Turkey fillet — 500 grams,
● Egg — 1 pc.,
● Milk — 100ml.,
● Salt and pepper to taste,
● Butter for frying.


1. Make a homogeneous minced turkey breast. To do this, it needs to be 2 times through a meat grinder. Add egg, milk, salt and pepper. Mix well.

2. Form a sausage. Put the stuffing on the plastic wrap, for about 2 tablespoons to 1 sausage. Close tube, tamping lightly to remove air bubbles. Twist the ends and tie them tightly with thread.

3. Boil in boiling water for 7 minutes.

4. Remove the tape and fry the sausage in butter until golden brown.
