Homemade Raffaello Cream

Very easy and delicious recipe for homemade Raffaello cream. A delightful cream that can be served as a separate dessert.


● Coconut flakes — 70 grams,
● Condensed milk — 400 grams,
● Butter — 200 grams,
● White chocolate — 200 grams.


1. Melt butter and chocolate. Mix. You can melt over low heat, stirring constantly, so that it does not burn out.

2. Then add condensed milk, mix well.

3. Then pour coconut flakes into the cream and mix again.

4. Ready Raffaello cream transfer to a glass pot and put in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours (it is better for the whole night).

5. If you are going to decorate cake with this cream or cake, then you can use immediately. And decorated confection let stand and soak up the cream.

In the morning you will have a ready to use Raffaello cream. Such cream is perfectly combined with fresh white bread, hot coffee or tea.
