Homemade Meringue

Homemade meringues is a cooking recipe. Try it — it’s simple and tasty!


● 2 chilled egg whites,
● 100 g of powdered sugar,
● Lemon juice.


1. Whip the whites with sugar powder in a thick mass, with the addition of a few drops of lemon juice.
2. Bake at 100°C or 212°F degrees for 1 hour in convection mode and leave for an hour to cool in the oven.
