Homemade Low-Calorie Cheese

An easy way to make delicious low-calorie cheese. Homemade low-calorie cheese — how to cook at home!

Ingredients:

● Buttermilk — 250 ml or 1 cup,
● Milk — 200 ml or about a little less than 1 cup,
● Egg — 1 pc.,
● Sweet paprika flakes — 2/3 tsp.,
● Dried basil — 1 tsp.,
● Caraway seeds — 1/3 tsp.,
● Turmeric — 1/3 tsp.,
● Salt — about 1/3 tsp.

Directions:

1. Mix buttermilk, egg, salt and spices.
2. Pour buttermilk mixture into boiling milk, stir, bring to a boil, remove from heat, let stand for 5 minutes.
3. Transfer to a sieve with gauze, drain the whey about 1 hour.
4. Put under heaviness, after a couple of hours put in the refrigerator.
