Homemade Ketchup. Delicious than from the store

If you want to try the most delicious ketchup, be sure to prepare the ketchup by yourself.

● 4 kg of tomatoes,
● 6 large onions,
● 0.5 kg of apples (better than acid ones),
● 3 red sweet peppers,
● 2 pieces of chilli pepper (I add 1/3 of the peppercorn — I lack acuity),
● 5 cloves of garlic,
● 10 peas of black pepper (can be flavored),
● 10 pieces of bay leaves,
● 2 tablespoons salt,
● 1 tsp ground cinnamon,
● 1 tsp ground black pepper,
● 300 grams of sugar,
● 70 grams 9% vinegar.

Tomatoes, apples, sweet salad peppers cut into four parts. Add the cut garlic cloves, the chili peppers, cut too into four pieces (if you want to get the ketchup sharp, then do not peel the pepper from the seeds, and if not sharp, then the seeds should be removed), the onions cut into fairly large cubes.

Add black peppercorns, bay leaf, cinnamon, black ground pepper, salt and sugar. All this mix well. Put on the heat, as soon as the contents of the pan boil, reduce the heat and cook for 1.5 hours stirring occasionally.

Add 70 grams of vinegar to the pan and cook for another 30 minutes. Turn off the heat. Blend the resulting mass with a blender. Almost ready to put ketchup on the heat, allow it to boil and pour over sterilized jars. Roll, turn over and wrap it with a warm blanket until it cools down completely.

Bon Appetit!!!
