Homemade Chicken Sausage

A Quick Cooking — Awesome Taste!


• 1 kg. chicken thigh boneless,
• 7-8 cloves of garlic,
• 0.5 tsp. ground black pepper,
• 0.5 tsp. seasoning for chicken (I’ll write that it includes: salt, paprika, sugar, mustard seeds, turmeric),
• 2 tbsp. mayonnaise,
• 15 gr. gelatin.


1. Chicken meat, wash, dry, cut together with peel into cubes measuring 1.5 — 2 cm (not very finely). We add garlic passed through garlic press, pepper, seasoning for chicken and mix.

2. Add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix the minced meat thoroughly.

3. After that, add 15 gr of minced meat. gelatin and mix again. We begin to make sausages. From this amount of minced meat, 4 small sausages are obtained.

4. We lay out 1/4 minced meat on a food film and turn to sausage.

5. After that, we wrap it on top with foil as «candy».

6. We send to the oven for 1 hour at a temperature of 180 degrees.

7. When the sausage has cooled down, we send it to the refrigerator until morning. In the morning you will have a wonderful, delicate and delicious homemade sausage for breakfast!
