Homemade Cake with Custard

For lovers of sweet, I propose a classic recipe for homemade cake with custard, which is prepared at home. After you at least once cook a homemade cake, you will not go to dessert in the store, even on holidays.


For the cake layers:

• 3 tbsp. flour;
• 1 can of condensed milk;
• 1 egg;
• 1 tsp. baking soda (extinguish with vinegar).

For the cream:

• 750 grams of milk;
• 200 grams of butter;
• 1.5 tbsp. of sugar;
• 2 eggs;
• 3-4 tbsp. of flour
• 1 package of vanillin or 1 tsp.


We make dough for the cake, mixing all the ingredients (flour, condensed milk, egg, baking soda). The dough is divided into 8 pieces, it is possible and more, so that the cake layers are not thick and well saturated with cream.

We roll one piece with a diameter larger than the frying pan and lay it on the heated frying pan.

After a minute we turn (the cakes are fried very quickly). Cut the cake (then use the scraps to sprinkle the cake). But I did not cut anything, but sprinkle with grated chocolate on top.

Cream — we make the usual classic custard. Cake layers grease with warm cream, top and sides sprinkle with crumbled crumbs (in my case, it’s grated chocolate).

We leave the cake for a few hours, so that it is well soaked (preferably at night). The cake is ready!
