Ingredients:

● Flour — 120 g,
● Eggs — 2 pcs,
● Sugar — 80 grams,
● Butter — 90 g,
● Lemon juice — 1 tbsp.

Directions:

1. Prepare all the necessary products.
2. Gently melt the butter, add the eggs and sugar.
3. Beat with a mixer or a whisk all.
4. Add the flour.
5. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Mix thoroughly.
6. Put the dough into the molds, «Madeline« (or any other).
7. Bake at 190-200 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
