Homemade Applesauce

Applesauce is not only suitable for feeding babies, but is also an excellent dessert.

Making applesauce is very simple. The applesauce may differ in taste and consistency, because each apple variety responds differently to heat treatment. You can make applesauce in a saucepan with a thick bottom or in a slow cooker.

Ingredients:

• Apples 6 pieces,
• Lemon ⅕ pcs.,
• Cinnamon 1 slice,
• Water.

Directions:

1. Peel apples and seeds.
2. Cut into small pieces.
3. Fold in the slow cooker bowl.
4. Add lemon juice, cinnamon.
5. Cover with water so that it covers the fruit at 1 cm.
6. Simmer, without opening the lid, 10 minutes.
7. Remove the cinnamon.
