Hawaiian pizza



For the dough:

● 500g flour,
● 1 cup milk,
● 1/2 package of yeast for pizza,
● 1/2 tsp sugar,
● 1/3 tsp salt,
● 1 egg.

For filling:

● 250g marinated pineapple,
● 300 grams of ham,
● 300g cheese.


1. In the warm milk add yeast, salt, sugar, egg and flour. Knead the dough by hand until it is come off the hands and the capacity in which the kneaded. It should not be too steep, then you can put the dough in a pack, wrap a towel and put on 30 minutes in a warm place.

2. Grate the cheese on a grater, cut the pineapple and ham. When the dough is ready, roll it it.

6. Bake for about 20 minutes.
