Grilled peaches with prosciutto and rosemary


The original summer appetizer: grilled peaches with prosciutto and rosemary. Grill should be preheated to medium heat.


● Large pitted peaches 2 pcs.,
● 1 tablespoon olive oil,
● Finely chopped rosemary 2 tsp.,
● Salt,
● Ground pepper,
● 4 strips of prosciutto,
● Fresh rosemary for filing.


1. In a medium bowl, combine peaches cut in half with olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Put on the grill skin up and bake for 1-2 minutes. Turn the peaches and cook for another minute.

2. Put the peaches on a cutting board, let cool, then wrap each half of peach in Prosciutto.

3. Before serving, decorate with sprigs of fresh rosemary.
