Greek Baked Fish Fillets

This dish can be cooked from fillets of any white fish. The recipe for Greek baked fish fillets is very easy, but quite original and very tasty.


● 700 grams of fish fillets,
● 3 tomatoes,
● 300 grams of grated cheese,
● 2 cloves of garlic,
● 250 grams of mayonnaise,
● Juice of half a lemon,
● Chopped herbs (green onions, dill, parsley, basil).


1. Divide fish fillets into portions and sprinkle with lemon juice. If desired, grate the fillet beforehand with salt.
2. Mix mayonnaise with herbs, finely chopped tomatoes, chopped garlic and 150 g of grated cheese.
3. Smear the fish with the mixture and put on a greased baking sheet. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 ° C.
