Garlic potatoes


Take 5 potatoes. Rinse thoroughly.
Fold it into the pan. Then pour water to potatoes was slightly covered.
Cook until tender. Drain the water.

Make garlic oil:

● 100g soft butter
● 5 Tablespoons grated Parmesan
● 1 Tablespoon sour cream
● 3 Peeled and crushed garlic cloves
● 3 Tablespoons parsley finely chopped

All the mix add the ground pepper and if necessary, salt.
Potatoes, cut lengthwise, put on a greased form.
Spread on each potato garlic oil and put in a preheated 250 degree oven.
Cooking time 10-15 minutes.
