● 2 eggplant,
● Chicken mince — 0.5 kg.,
● 3 eggs,
● 1 onion,
● 3 cloves of garlic,
● Vegetable oil,
● Flour,
● Salt,
● Pepper,
● Your favorite spices.


1. We cut eggplants (diagonally), make minced meat, as on cutlets.

2. For each slice of eggplant, we put stuffing, press it well.

3. First we put the eggplant into a flour, and then into a whipped and salted egg and fry.
