Fragrant Homemade Muffins with Cognac and Almonds

Pamper yourself with interesting simple baking. Today we offer to prepare muffins with crushed almonds, cranberries and cognac.


● Flour — 1 cup,
● Egg of chicken — 2 pcs.,
● Sour cream — 150g.,
● Cocoa powder — 3 tbsp.,
● Sunflower oil — 2 tbsp.,
● Almond — 50g.,
● Cranberry (dried) handful,
● Coconut flakes — 2 tablespoons,
● Baking powder — 2 tsp.,
● Vanilla sugar — 1 package,
● Sugar — 5 tbsp.,
● Cognac — 1.5 tsp.


1. In a bowl, mix chicken eggs and sugar (normal and vanilla), sour cream.

2. Add the sifted flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.

3. The next ingredients will be vegetable oil, almonds, crushed cranberries, cognac, coconut chips.

4. All the ingredients thoroughly mix, you can use a blender. The dough is ready.

5. We pour the dough into shapes and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees until ready for about 20 minutes. We check the readiness with a toothpick.
