Fish soup with rice.


Simple, hearty and delicious fish soup with rice and vegetables.


● Fish fillets 400g.,
● Water or broth — 2l.,
● Potatoes — 3 pc.,
● Red bell pepper — 1 pc.,
● Tomato — 1 pc.,
● Carrot — 1 piece.,
● Rice — 3-4 tbsp.,
● Vegetable oil — 1-2 tablespoons,
● Salt and pepper to taste.


1. Cut the carrots into slices, peeled from the core of pepper — thin strips, tomatoes — diced. Potato peel and cut into cubes.

2. Preheat a heavy-bottomed saucepan with a little vegetable oil and stew the vegetables over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until soft, about 10 minutes.

3. Pour 2 liters of boiling water, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.

4. Pour into a saucepan of rice and potatoes, bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.

5. Cut the fish fillet into small pieces and add to the soup. Cook for 10 minutes, remove from heat and let it brew for a little under the hood.
