Fish cutlets with cheese

A recipe for delicious fish cutlets with greens and grated cheese. Serve them with mashed potatoes and a salad of fresh vegetables.


● Minced fish — 400g.,
● Egg — 1 piece,
● Semolina — 3 tablespoons,
● Dill or parsley a few twigs,
● Hard cheese — 100g.,
● Salt, pepper to taste,
● Vegetable oil for frying.


1. Wash the greens and finely chop. Grate the cheese on the grater.

2. Mix well all ingredients for fish cutlets.

3. Using wet hands to form cutlets.

4. Preheat the frying pan with vegetable oil.

5. Fry fish patties from two sides to a golden color. Transfer to a plate, laid with a paper towel, so that excess fat is absorbed.
