Fish Casserole

An excellent fish dish for a family dinner — fish casserole.


● Eggs — 3,
● Saira or pink salmon — 1 pot,
● Potatoes — 3-4 pcs.,
● Onion — 1 pc.,
● Sour cream 250ml or 0,00055(lb),
● Mayonnaise — 250ml or 0,00055(lb).


1. Mix eggs, sour cream and mayonnaise.
2. Put the remaining ingredients in layers in the baking dish:
1 layer — potatoes, cut into slices;
2 layer — onion, cut into half rings;
3 layer — crushed canned fish.
Fill all layers with a mixture of mayonnaise, eggs and sour cream. If desired, sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
Bake in the oven (or microwave oven with the function of «grilling» or «convection») until the potatoes are ready.
