Feta with Garlic and Greens

Feta with garlic and greens is good to serve with crackers, toasts or fresh vegetables.


● Garlic large — 2-4 cloves,
● Feta cheese — 500 grams or 1,10(lb) or 17,63(oz),
● Natural yogurt — 1 cup,
● Extra virgin olive oil — 5-6 tablespoons,
● Salt — to taste,
● Freshly ground black pepper — to taste,
● Any greens (parsley, dill, coriander) — 2-3 tufts.


1. Grind the greens and garlic.
2. Put greens, garlic, yogurt and butter in a blender. Grind into a homogeneous paste.
3. Add feta pieces and grind again. Salt, pepper to taste.
4. Cover with a film and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Serve with raw vegetables and crackers.
