Festive elegant Pizza



● Yeast dough — 300g.
● Your favorite sausages — 6 pcs.
● Ketchup,
● Bell pepper — 1 units.
● What is your favorite hard cheese — 200g.
● Mayonnaise,
● Eggs — 1 pc. for lubrication.


Roll out thinly yeast dough on a floured table. Put on a baking sheet for baking. On the dough circle put the pieces of frankfurters, first cutting lengthwise, then crosswise into 3 pieces. Fold the edges of the dough over the sausages and squeeze the dough for tighter. Make an incision between the pieces and the middle of each piece, and then deploy a each pair in opposite directions.

Further preparation of pizza depends on what you have in the fridge. I rubbed the middle of the pizza with ketchup and put it in slices of sausage and yellow peppers.
