Envelopes are prepared from simple to prepare a cottage cheese dough, as a filling I use apples, you can replace them with pears, dried fruits or come up with another stuffing, according to your taste.

Ingredients:

For the dough:

• Cottage cheese — 150 grams,
• Sugar — 75 grams,
• Egg — 1 piece,
• Pinch of salt,
• Flour — 250 grams,
• Vanillin — 1 package or 1 teaspoon,
• Vegetable oil — 6 tbsp.,
• Baking Powder — 1 package or 1 teaspoon.

For the filling:

• Apples — 3 pieces,
• Sugar — 100 grams,
• Сinnamon — 1 teaspoon.

For powder:

• Poppy seeds — 1 tbsp.

Directions:

1. Mix cottage cheese with sugar, add egg, salt, vegetable oil, vanillin, mixed flour with baking powder.

2. Knead the dough, cover with a kitchen towel and leave for 20 minutes.

3. Next, divide the dough into two pieces.

4. One part of the dough roll into a circle 24 centimeters in diameter and a thickness of about 5 millimeters.

5. Cut it into 8 sectors. On each triangle, make three notches.

6. On a wide edge lay out slices of apples, sprinkle sugar with cinnamon.

7. With the narrow end of the triangle wrap the wide side, bending the corner under the bottom of the envelope.

8. Lay the workpieces on a baking tray and grease them with a mixture: 1 yolk, 1 tbsp. of milk, sprinkle with poppy seeds.

9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C, about 25 minutes, until golden beautiful color.
