Eggplant in Turkish — awesome delicious and original!


● Eggplant — 2 pcs.,
● Tomatoes — 3 pcs.,
● Seafood — 2-3 pcs.,
● Onion — 2 pcs.,
● vegetable oil,
● Parsley leaves,
● Salt,
● Black pepper.


Eggplant cut into slices. Salt, leave for 30 minutes, then rinse with cold water.

Grate the carrots. Cut the tomatoes and onions.

Onions, carrots and tomatoes, combine, fry in vegetable oil, salt and pepper. (Who loves spicy can add the garlic)

Eggplants fry in vegetable oil.

Each slice of eggplant is smeared with toasted onions, carrots and tomatoes. Put everything in a pan so that the whole eggplant turns out again.

Pour 1 tbsp. vegetable oil. Bake for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Garnish with greenery.
