Egg Salad with Shrimps and Olives

A simple and light refreshing salad made from boiled eggs and shrimps.


● 4 hard-boiled eggs,
● 100 grams of peeled boiled shrimps,
● 1 tablespoons mayonnaise,
● 2 tablespoons sour cream,
● 10 olives,
● 1 tsp sharp mustard,
● Pinch of dried paprika,
● 1 tbsp. chopped green onions,
● Salt, pepper to taste.


1. Eggs clean and grind. Shrimp also finely chopped.
2. Olives cut into 3-4 pieces (depending on the size of the olives).
3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard and paprika. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
4. Season to taste with salt and black pepper, stir again.
5. Put in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
