Egg liqueur, eggnog

Egg liqueur ( or eggnog ) is a traditional beverage made with milk, sugar and whipped eggs. Reduced complexity, ready in 60 minutes.


● 10 eggs,
● 100 gr of sugar,
● 1 vanilla sugar packet,
● 250 ml of white rum,
● 2 tablespoons of condensed milk.


1. Separate yolks from whites and put all the yolks in a large bowl.
2. Mix two of the whites with sugar and vanilla sugar using mixer for 12 minutes.
3. Add rum little by little and the condesed milk, stirring constantly.
4. Add the mixture to the yolks and mix until creamy.
