Egg breakfast

This breakfast is full of protein, so you’ll be able to resist the feeling of hunger until noon.


● 2 eggs,
● 2 bread rolls,
● 4 slices prosciutto,
● 4 green lettuce leaves,
● Oil,
● Salt and pepper.


1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the eggs. Meanwhile, cut the rolls in half and also heat them in the sandwich maker.

2. On each 1/2 roll, place 2 prosciutto slices, 2 lettuce leaves and 1 egg. Season with salt and pepper and top with the other half of bread.
