Easy Homemade Sausages

Homemade sausages are yummy and nothing more. How to make homemade sausages of turkey or chicken fillet.


● 0,5 kilograms or 1,10 pounds of turkey or chicken fillet,
● 1 egg,
● Milk 100 ml. or 3,38 oz,
● Choped greens,
● Salt to taste,
● Spice to taste.


1. Stir all the ingredients, make minced meat.
2. Take the film, put the sausage and wrap it up, tie the ends.
3. Boil in water for 7 minutes.
4. Fry until golden brown.

Note: If you do not add spices and less salt — you can give children. If you add a little beef, the color will be redder.
Experiment and you will succeed in making homemade sausages.
