Easy Fried Apple Fritters

Making such pancakes for the child all the time, especially in the apple season.

Cooking time: 20 minutes
Servings: 4-6

Ingredients:

● 3-4 medium apples,
● 1 egg,
● 2-3 tablespoons of sugar,
● Pinch of salt,
● Flour (about a cup).

Directions:

1. Peel the apples from the core and the skins. Rub on a coarse grater.
2. Add the egg and sugar, mix. Add the flour gradually, so that the dough becomes thick as on ordinary pancakes (about a cup, but it depends on the juiciness of apples).
3. Spread with a spoon on a heated frying pan and fry in vegetable oil.
