Easy Bread Pudding

Easy Bread Pudding

Very simple pudding, but so tender, fragrant and tasty! And to cook it is very easy and simple. And most importantly, not a single piece of bread will spoil. Bread leftovers easily turn into a fragrant dessert, which can be served with jam or ice cream ball.

• White bread — 200 grams or 0,44(lb),
• Butter — 40 grams or 0,08(lb),
• Milk — 500 ml or 2 cups,
• Eggs — 2 pcs.,
• Brown sugar — 90 grams or 0,19(lb),
• Seedless raisins — 80 grams or 0,17(lb),
• Cinnamon — 1 tsp.,
• Vanilla extract — 1 ml or 1/5 tsp.,
• A pinch of salt.

1. Cut the bread into cubes. Baking mold, with a diameter of 20 cm, grease with butter. Combine sugar with cinnamon, raisins and a pinch of salt and sprinkle this mixture on the bottom of the mold.
2. Mix milk, beaten eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl, put the bread cubes and fill them with the prepared mixture. Thoroughly mix and put into a baking mold over raisins with sugar. Put it in another baking mold, larger, filled with hot water and sent to the oven.
3. Bake 45 minutes in an oven, heated to 180 degrees, until a crispy crust. Check the readiness with a wooden skewer.

Bon Appetit!!!
