Duck Breast with Mandarins

Simple, easy and full of freshness dish. The joint taste of duck and mandarins can not be compared to anything. This is a classic, which without a doubt decorate your table and give a special feature.


● Duck breast 600 grams,
● Green beans 300 grams,
● Peeled mandarins 3 pcs.,
● Green salad 200 grams,
● Juice of mandarin 2 pcs.,
● Wine vinegar 1 tbsp.,
● Olive oil 4 tbsp.,
● Honey 1 tbsp.,
● Salt, pepper to taste.


Fry the duck fillet in a grilled pan 4 minutes from the skin, turn over and 2 more minutes on the other hand, send it to a preheated oven and cook for 6-8 minutes (190 degrees).

Remove the fillets from the oven, salt with large salt, cover with foil (if desired) and let them rest. Then thinly cut into thin layers. In the boiling salted water throw the beans. Blanch for 3-5 minutes.
